  I wish I could give zero stars. I toured one their apartments while I was in nursing school. It was within my budget, so I submitted an application which included a security deposit. After waiting a week with no word from them, I contacted their office. The leasing agent I spoke to said that I did not qualify for the apartment and proceeded to laugh at my pay stubs. He then offered to SHRED the cashier's check I submitted as a security deposit.
  It has been several years, but I still feel furious every time I'm reminded that this slum lord is still in business. After reading the other reviews, maybe having my application rejected by this joke of a company was the best thing that ever happened to me. Rudeness and incompetence must be pre-requisites on their job applications.
  I will NEVER rent a property managed by this company. Whenever someone I know is in the market for a new apartment, I go out of my way to share my experience.
